The Windmill

Dated back in 1859, The Windmill of Karamitsos was initially built in 1859 for the grinding of wheat. Later, in 1985 it was bought by Karamitsos family, who converted the windmill to comfortable guestrooms. In 2024, a major renovation took place, transforming the windmill into a modern accommodation, ideal for hosting families and groups of friends, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay in a hospitable place.

Outdoors

The Windmill offers upgraded facilities, ensuring comfort and luxury for its guests. Across the self-catering Windmill of Karamitsos there is a small house with a brand-new, modern, and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, table and chairs, as well as a comfortable living area. The bathroom has also been renovated, featuring a shower.
Guests can enjoy the barbecue, hot tub and sun loungers, while there is also a built-in sofa with a large round stone table, perfect for relaxing moments. Massage services are also available in the outdoor area upon request, offering a truly unique accommodation experience.

Layout

The property is separated in three levels, with fully renovated and functional spaces. On the ground floor guests will find a seating area and a WC. The second floor includes a bedroom with a double built-in bed and the third floor another bedroom with a double built-in bed. The upper floors are accessible by an internal staircase.
